stayed here while visiting my son in wenatchee. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. room was a good size with a king size bed and accessible bathroom. location was perfect for access to wenatchee or Leavenworth. gym and pool looked good, although we had no time to try them. laundry on first floor was helpful.
Donna & Laura at the front desk were literally amazing at check in. I had called ahead asking for an early check in & Noel said they had the rooms and it wouldnt be a problem. I came in early around 7:20 am and Donna already was expecting me so Noel had passed the info on that I was coming. The Coffee here is really good too. I drink it black so good coffee is a plus. Very quiet rooms. I even used the guest laundry & it was great! I will definitely recommend this hotel. Great Service & quiet.
Leavenworth Anniversary Trip. After planning this trip for months in advance, the thing that stood out was the cost for renting a hotel room in Leavenworth. This place is half the price and is absolutely amazing! The drive isn’t bad and can be done within 25 minutes. The hotels we saw in Leavenworth were old with much to desire. This place is absolutely amazing. Excellent breakfast each morning. Wonderful indoor pool and hot tub. Very attentive staff who were very professional! This is my choice for future visits.
Everything was what I've come to expect from this price point. The staff were polite, professional and responsive. The bed was a bit stiff but that works for us. The rooms were clean. Vending could have used a restock but the one downstairs was stocked. The breakfast was typical for a cost effective large volume warm breakfast but better than the bananas/yogurt/pastry "breakfast" I've been offered.
When I drove up I felt a little sketch about the location, but the welcoming staff and clean rooms made up for all of it. Felt safe and very welcome. Great little gym: VERY clean and pretty well equipped for a small hotel gym (:
Visited Leavenworth and this was the closest with availability on NYE. The staff were incredible! Kind and helpful, booked our family’s rooms next to each other; even baked our kids fresh cookies when we were in the lobby hanging out! The rooms were clean and the pool/hot tub area was a lot of fun for the kids. We would definitely come back again!
The staff are friendly. Hotel is new and clean. The room and spacious and clean as well. Breakfast has many options and hot and nice. Their services were the best I have in town so far (including at Seattle, Seattle was terrible) I will definitely come back again and recommend to everyone.
I live three hours away and come out to Wenatchee area at least one or two weekends a month. This hotel is one of the best. Location is right off Hwy 2 just before you go into town, making it super easy to find and get in and out. Hotel and rooms have always been very clean and staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful.
